Prompts and claims

Welcome to the Prompts and Claims post for [personal profile] ginger_lust. Feel free to go through and find one that inspires you, then leave a comment claiming it.

When making a claim, remember to check out the rules. The most pertinent ones here are that there is a limit of two claims per prompt, and you can only claim one prompt at a time (although you can come back for a second one when you have submitted your first). Remember, collaborations are welcome, and we have a definite love for multimedia contributions. Go wild!

To make a claim:

Cut and paste the code below and fill in the gaps in a comment box. If you don't know what you're making yet, that's fine, you can put down several options or "undecided".

Here is an example of how it might look (actually a claim by one of your mods):

Username/s (lj, dw, ij etc): [personal profile] redsnake05/[info - personal] redsnake05
Email: redsnake05 AT gmail DOT com
Prompt claimed: 1
Type of fanwork I/we propose to make: Fanfiction, with a mix and some art on the side

What happens next?

One of the mods will leave a comment acknowledging your claim and edit the claims post to reflect that. Then, we'll send you an email to confirm, with the details of your claim and all the pertinent dates and so on. You'll need to reply to this, then you go ahead and start creating.

If you need to drop out, you can send the mods an email (gingerlustmod@gmail.com) or leave a comment here. We understand that sometimes things come up, including health issues and family issues. If there is something we can do to help you still fulfil your claim, you can ask for help too.

If you need help along the way or there is something you're unsure about, email the mods or leave a comment at that post. We're happy to help, cheerlead and otherwise facilitate your process as much as we can.

Happy claiming!
