With some fics and topics, it's best to let the words speak for themselves. So without further ado, here's a short but intense vignette from [profile] goneoffthelump. And it's so hard for me to believe that we're nearly at the end of the month, but what a glorious month of Ron fic this has been!

It's time again for another post! As with all Ron/Remus stories I've read, this story focuses on healing and overcoming obstacles of the past. Enjoy!

Well, the time has come. I hope that you all are having or have had a very happy New Year. Where I live it's mid-day on the first, and time for our first post. I've received 10 completed stories with more promised on the way, so my plan is to post every other day, which I believe will spread them out through the entirety of the month. With long-distance help from [personal profile] koshweasley, I randomly numbered the 10 stories and he got a pack of cards and with that, drew the initial order.

First up- [profile] melmoe1, with art!! Enjoy! Since I'm not the best with multi-sizing pictures (and you'll want to see these in their full-sized glory), I've linked to them as per the wishes of the artist/author.

This probably goes without saying, but feedback is indeed love.

Title: A small step
Rating: PG (both Art and Drabble)
Warnings/Potentially disturbing elements: Bare chests?
Prompt: The true voyage of discovery lies not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes.
~Marcel Proust
Word Count: 185

Beta(s): [personal profile] sesheta_66 for being there when I freaked, and [personal profile] ravenqueen55 for not killing me when I changed everything.
Summary: So, I am not sure how well I used the prompt. It could have been so much more, but I went with something obvious and tried to make up for it by making them look pretty.
